McCann Africa opens applications for its 2026 Young Talent Programme, aimed at young creatives, strategists and project managers looking to start their careers within the network. The programme will run out of the Douala office, working directly alongside the creative teams.
Selected candidates will be mentored by the network’s creative directors and will work on real client briefs from day one. Application details will be shared shortly.
